Colorplay

The original pattern included an incorrect cutting layout for Fabrics 1, 4, 7 and 10 on page 7. The correct layout is provided below. The fabric yardage indicated in the pattern is sufficient to cut the required number of patches when they are layed out as shown in the revised layout.

In addition, the Block B image in Step 4 and the quilt images have been refined to better reflect how the fabric points come together in the center of the block.

  1. I purchased the light and dark colorway of the colorplay quilt years ago. I decided to make it for my granddaughters. Your links for revising do not work. If what i have is correct then it looks like block A and B should be the opposite. B should be A and A should be B. But I’m not sure where the colors go now. On fabric 13 I’m not sure i understand am I suppose to cut 24 each of template A,B,D,E,and F in the background fabric and 48 more of the C template in the background fabric? I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks

    1. We apologize for the inconvenience but the links have now been corrected in the post. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to service@jinnybeyer.com. Thank you!
